Must we also start ganging up on your fellow citizens who have gone to stay in our countries?

A little food for thought that a reader from India sent in.

It was a dream country to visit one day, only to find my dream come through by having a chance to migrate and stay here for 3 years an offer that was more than wished for. India was an amazing place I always daydreamed about from hearing about the Taj Mahal to the popular movie who wants to be a millionaire to the pretty faced actress in Bollywood movies. I felt it was worth the price to at least come one day to see this beautiful country.

The fact that they had different cultures, traditions etc. Made me fall in love with country more on my arrival but little did I know that it was a terror within. Where the educated will gel and want to know more about you the noneducated saw you as a threat and a human eater-cannibal. Really in this century who feeds on the flesh of another human.
But little did I know that the country I so much fell in love with living outside was a nightmare to live in. Where the people who you lived your daily life with will end up turning against you just in case there was a problem.

They will call an attack on blacks non-racial but will attack anybody with a dark skin irrespective of the difference in the 54 countries there in the continent of Africa. But say we all the same? Is that not racial? Just because we look same don’t make us same people because behind the dark skin we all have different identities. But yet attack all of us when one person does something wrong and you call it non-racial?

The government of India will only speak for matters to cool down but will not pass laws to condemn racial abuse. It’s not even a case of only blacks, the case of North-easterners as well same people who come from India are even hated. What else are you guys looking for? But yet you apply for H-1B to live in another man’s world and no one harms you. We were here when Indians in Dubai sent a video of how they were being molested in Dubai and the whole India were talking about it like it was so cruel but yet the forget that they were putting people through the same situation even when they were not taking their jobs but educating themselves.

I’m saddened and frustrated, can’t seem to understand what is bringing this hatred within. Someone please explain to me. Must we also start ganging up on your fellow citizens who have gone to stay in our countries? You say who cares just because you don’t have a relative there to be attacked but if you were to be attacked yourself will you dare to live to be attacked in another man’s country where you are vulnerable? That’s the choice you leave us. But we are too civilized to do unto you what you do unto us.

We are the same people investing in your economy.you wonder how? We renting your flats at high prices, paying a huge amount of dollars for fees, and spending the monies we bring in here and not saving them outside India but in the same Indian banks. Please give us some respect. The recent attack in Noida is something I can’t really understand where innocent people will have to be hospitalised for a crime they didn’t commit. Who pays for the bill? Why make someone suffer something he knows nothing about.and yet the press only tell a one sided story and no one will want to listen to the African what even breaks my heart Is when they tried a press conference the police came in and stopped it.

It’s only a fool who fears what he doesn’t know. Let our voices be heard. With so many human right lawyers and activists none of them are out there talking the truth just because they fear.

Catherine Rampell, Why do you not tell the stories of the American citizens whose lives have been destroyed by non-immigrant guest workers?

The evidence is overwhelming.

It is everywhere.

American lives have been destroyed by (a) sending our jobs to other countries and (b) importing non-immigrant guest workers to take the remaining jobs.

Leaving Americans without the ability to provide for their families.

Yet the Washington Post will not tell their stories.

And authors like Catherine Rampell will not do that either.

Why is that?

What do they have against Americans in America?

And so, after 11 years more or less on the sidelines, Ranjith was granted authorization to get a job — or, in her case, to start a business.

She moved fast. Within a month, she opened the South Riding Learning Center. Today nearly 250 students are enrolled, and she employs more than 15 people.

“All my employees,” Ranjith is quick to note, “are citizens, of course. They were all born here.”

Funny thing about those 15 jobs she has created.

Location: South Riding, VA

The only way I know to put an end to the Staple A Green Card movement that is displacing Americans is to change the management at IEEE-usa

Personally I would rather they look at their own video and realize that in a finite job market, which we are in, even Americans need work and they can’t find work to provide for their families when our corporations are (a) sending their jobs to other countries and (b) importing non-immigrant guest workers to take their remaining job opportunities, and now (c) working to displace even more Americans with Green Card Holders even though the American middle class is being destroyed by these 3 items.

Many of you might not be aware of what is happening, and I can understand that.

So lets start the educational process by reviewing the following video by clicking on the link.

http://www.pbs.org/to-the-contrary/watch/7126/the-controversy-over-h-1b-visas

So the question is, will you help me find a way to do that by running for office yourself so that we displaced Americans can vote for you, or do you want somebody like myself who does not stand a chance in hell to do it just so you will realize that it is possible?

President Trump brought this subject to light and said on day one he would put an end to it.

Well, he hasn’t done squat.

Which means it is up to people like you and me.

It really is that simple.

The Bruce Morrison Show.

And IEEE-USA hired Morrison, who with his former associate Paul Donnelly, who had moved to IEEE-USA, formulated the F-1s Yes, Direct Import No idea, in the form of granting green cards rather than work visas. This became what in recent years has become known as Staple a Green Card to Their [the Foreign Students in U.S. Schools’] Diplomas.

Here is the core of the issue:

  • The “Intels” are just as culpable regarding H-1B (and OPT etc.) as are the Infosyses.
  • The “Intels” have publicly admitted that their PR strategy is F-1s Yes, Direct Imports No. Demonizing the Infosyses distracts attention away from themselves.
  • Morrison was hired due to industry pressure on IEEE-USA, and he has been one of their main messengers promoting F-1s Yes, Direct Imports No.

60 Minutes knew of these things. As I mentioned before, the producer had talked to me on the phone for an hour. He and I have also had extensive e-mail exchanges. He was clearly very sharp, and the above points are verifiable. Yet they chose to make Morrison the hero of the show.

Granted, the show did briefly mention that companies like Google and Facebook (and CBS) use H-1Bs, and then juxtaposed it with a quote of Morrison, giving viewers the impression that the Intels too are abusing the system. Perhaps Morrison was alluding to the fact that some clients of the Infosyses are Intels.

But basically the show — including the thrust of Morrison’s commentary — was all about the Infosyses and the Direct Imports: The interviewed laid-off programmers were all victims of Infosyses; the entire narrative was about H-1Bs replacing Americans, as is the habit among the Infosyses, ignoring that there is just as much problem with H-1Bs being hired by the Intels instead of Americans; Morrison’s “loophole” involves the Infosyses; all the firms 60 Minutes listed as replacing Americans by H-1Bs — Disney, SCE, Northeast Utilities etc. — did so via the Infosyses.

Note that in the show, 60 Minutes knew, but did not tell viewers, that Morrison is a lobbyist who has made tons of money by delivering this message. 60 Minutes knew, but did not tell viewers, that Morrison’s description of a “loophole” was highly misleading. 60 Minutes knew, but did not explain to viewers (other than one fleeting instance of using the word young) that the core enabler of abuse of the visa is NOT the loophole, but instead is AGE, with employers hiring younger, thus cheaper H-1Bs in lieu of older, thus more expensive Americans.

It’s truly heartbreaking that you have IT workers going from supporting hospitals — and even our government — to waiting tables and losing their houses and going to apartments

“It’s truly heartbreaking that you have IT workers going from supporting hospitals — and even our government — to waiting tables and losing their houses and going to apartments,” Palmer said. “We did this to ourselves and it’s just — the abuse is rampant in every state and in every city.”

“And [the H-1B workers] don’t even know your job. Most of these H-1B workers, Laura, are 22 and 24 years old,” Palmer added. “And what’s even more appalling is — I’m going to be breaking some evidence in the next 4-6 weeks that shows … the fake resumes that these people are actually using.”

Where do I believe the 60 minute video came up short?

Where do I believe the 60 minute video came up short?

All in all I thought they did a fairly decent job.

Problem is, they are interviewing people who have only recently been displaced (don’t get me wrong, leo, jay, craig, and the others).

Sixty minutes did not tell the story that they have not, and can not find work anywhere near what they were doing, which means they will be left fighting to get hired at entry level jobs like my own personal fight with the Dept of Veterans Affairs.

Sixty minutes did not tell the story that they can’t find work because (a) our free trade agreements which companies like apple are exploiting in examples like the suicides at foxconn are DECREASING the jobs available here in America.

Sixty minutes did not tell the story that they can’t find work because (b) our non-immigrant guest worker agreements which companies like IBM are exploiting in examples that are too numerous to mention are DECREASING the jobs available here in America.

Sixty minutes did not question any of those in the over 50 and out of work series to find out if any of them have found work again.
