Let me show you what happened on the Health Care Bill Yesterday

Mitch is probably fed up with me by now, but there is a reason behind my madness as I’m finding way too many inconsistencies.
Believe me, he is up to date on it and has a much better understanding then I do, so if you have any questions, please ask him.
My problems are that I want to find a way that I can keep or generate detailed records on what our non representing representatives are doing.
If you will go to this page, you will find a list of roll call votes for this years session.
I went through these three looking for any additional records on this particular vote, but I did not find any so apparently everything was done yesterday on this particular bill.
Roll Calls 800 Thru 888
Roll Calls 700 Thru 799
Roll Calls 600 Thru 699
While I was doing this, I noticed that there were actually 4 votes yesterday on this bill and I am putting together some charts so that you can see for yourself what happened.
Lets take a look at roll call 884
Now lets look at roll call 885
Now lets look at roll 886
Now lets look at the final vote which was Roll Call 887
What I found really interesting and I can guarantee you that the Mainstream Media didn’t notice this because they don’t DIG!!!!!, was that we had the following total votes
- 435 – Roll 884
- 434 – Roll 885
- 434 – Roll 886
- 435 – Roll 887
I didn’t take the time to figure out who that one person was, but it is very obvious that somebody either wasn’t there during two votes, or for some reason they didn’t vote yes, no, absent, or no vote
Makes me suspicious of them, but hell, I was already there.
Another thing I don’t understand is that in Roll Call 884, they already had 240 yeas, 194 Nays, 1 Pres, so if that is accurate, why did they go any further?
Perhaps one of our readers from the House of Representatives can enlighten me.

Each of the votes on 3962 where votes taken for different purposes as it related to the bill. Vote #884, if you look to the upper left you will see:
H R 3962 YEA-AND-NAY 7-Nov-2009 10:20 PM
AUTHOR(S): Stupak of Michigan Amendment
QUESTION: On Agreeing to the Amendment
Each vote was pretaining to different questions. Vote #887 was the final one, the question was asking for passage.
Agreed.
I’m trying to show the phases that each bill goes through because I believe a lot of people such as myself and others thought it was a one time vote.
What I found interesting is that I cannot find the details of the stupak amendment for instance
My interest in the medical bill has nothing to do with the medical bill.
I want to understand the process that each bill goes through so that I can show exactly who voted for or against each bill at every step of the way.
