11-0000 Management Occupations
Print This Post
I originally started analyzing this a very long time ago and it opened my eyes.
I never had the time to do an in-depth analysis of the data, but as my skills have picked up, I have figured out a way to chart this data without having to write a program, so we’re going to revisit it.
We will start with the managment occupations.
Basically in a nutshell, I went to this site and did a lot of cutting and pasting
Why did I decide to revisit it?
I watched a show tonight on CNBC with 4 people I respect:
- Larry Kudlow
- Lou Dobbs
- Rick Santelli
- Robert Reich
They mentioned that the middle class has not gone down because everybody they know in the middle class has indoor plumbing and lots of things they probably don’t need.
My studies have shown that even though the qty of middle class jobs has gone down, the salary has gone up in some instances which is why they have these things and I hope to document this using these charts I will be putting out here for you to see in the next week or so.
Lets look at the quantity of jobs in the Management Occupation better known as11-0000
What do you think?
Did the qty of managment jobs go down?
Did the salary of managers go up?
Do you see now how less people making more money can make it appear that management salaries have not gone down?
Problem is, what happened to those 1 million or so jobs that were lost?
Do you reckon that 1 million jobs times an average of 88,829.00 would make much of a dent in our towns, counties, states and federal tax collections?
