Mary Fineday of FindtheRightSchool.com, let me educate you on what you do not appear to know
I found an interesting article this morning on yahoo about the Top 5 Hardest Jobs in America to fill
For 30 years I worked in 3 of those occupations.
Imagine that, I have 30 years experience, served in the Navy and learned a lot of it there and I cannot find work in those industries that are described in this article
You are probably wondering what those occupations are:
- Career #1: Engineers – Civil engineers earned mean annual wages of $78,560 in 2008
- Career #2: Technicians – electrical and electronic engineering technicians earned mean annual wages of $53,990 in 2008
- Career #3: Accountants – accountants earned mean annual wages of $65,840 in 2008
- Career #4: Mechanics – earned mean annual wages of $37,540 in 2008
- Career #5: IT Staff – database administrators saw mean annual earnings of $72,900 in 2008
Wow, Imagine That.
the occupation I worked in for the last 24 years of IT made the list.
But there are at least 300,000 out of work IT people like myself as I’ve shown in this article and in this chart I’ve even shown where we are putting more and more people in that occupation out of work, yet the colleges and the Mary Fineday’s of the World echo the corporate we can’t find enough people bull shit.
Yeah, I’m mad.
I live within commuting distance of Austin, which was called the silicon valley of the southwest and I see tons of jobs there everyday and I can’t even get a damned interview even though an Indian fellow (nice guy) that I just finished working with will tell you that I have the right skills to do the project management projects just like he does.
Well it doesn’t matter anymore as I have no more to give to corporate America now that they have put myself and millions of other damned good Americans out to pasture and discarded us like limp rag dogs.
If it were only me, I would tuck my tail between my legs and lick my wounds and shut up, but its not just me and as history will prove, it was not the sub prime mortgages and housing bubble that created the crash of 08/09/10 as they are but symptoms of the real problem.
The real problem can be found in this article and this caste system that the foreigners are using as they take over the systems that control your medical and financial data.
Infosys management routinely disparaged Americans, including Mrs. Awasthi, as not having “family values,” and stated that layoffs in America are good because the jobs will be outsourced.
Did that piss you off?

Then perhaps you should take a look at this article
Remember Cohen&Grigsby? They were the law firm that was featured in the infamous YouTube video that the Programmer’s Guild put online. That video clip of a seminar on how not to hire Americans has over 360,000 hits. In Segment 5 of the complete video of the seminar called “Alternatives to the H-1B visas” you can hear how to import workers even if there are not enough H-1B visas left for all the employers that want cheap labor.
So, back to their email newsletter that has a clear message for employers who want to hire foreign workers even if the number of H-1B visas runs out soon. According to the email all employers have to do is to hire Cohen&Grigsby because they know all the loopholes and tricks.
Please contact us [email] immediately if you have a case that may be subject to the cap and/or if you wish to discuss any H-1B alternatives.
